Our Farmhouse style Western Red Cedar Screen Doors are built in Aldergrove, BC Canada by the experienced carpenters at Zator's Wood Working.

 

All of our Farmhouse style Cedar Screen Doors are built from locally sourced 3/4" x 5" planed and sanded Western Red Cedar planks that we kiln dry on location. We then carefully hand select each board for its colour and grain for each and every door. We use Cedar for our screen doors because the oils present in cedar protect the wood against decay, also making it resistant to bacterial and fungal growth. Thus making cedar the ideal material for even the muggiest climates. Let your un-finished door naturally patina with age or have us finish it with one of our custom finishing options. Our doors are glued and jointed together using our top of the line Festool Domino for durability and longer life. The screen and spline come pre-installed.

 

All of our finishes are non-toxic and are protected with a coat of eco-friendly waterbased Seal-once.
